500 grams of flour
25 grams of fresh yeast (1 cube)
1 spoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
1 / 2 cup olive oil
200 ml of warm water
In a bowl, put the flour leaving a space (hole) in the center.
Pour the yeast into the center and add the sugar there.
Then, add a little hot water, that way the yeast will react quickly.
Start mixing and add the oil and salt. Then little by little, the warm water as you see that the dough needs.
Let rise for about 30 minutes and then cut the dough obtained into pieces in order to form small balls of about 5 to 7 cm in diameter. Let rest and in about 15 minutes, spread the balls flattening them to form the mini pizzas.
Fry them in very hot oil (only 2 minutes, 1 on each side). Drain them and immediately add the mozzarella and basil or any other condiments you prefer.
